The Outliers

The reason, we call this discussion group ‘TheAn 'Outlier' is a new or young rock which is surrounded by older rocks of long past. Geologically, ‘Outliers’ come into being when erosion takes place in the surrounding older rocks so that the ‘Outliers’ or the newer, younger, rocks are no more a continuity of the older body of rocks. In social context, an ‘Outlier’ is one who differs from others in terms of thinking in the same patterns.
